QUU Power System Analysis

Witthoft Engineering undertook an audit of each site to ensure the integrity of the earthing system, that AS3000:2007 requirements regarding clearance around switchboards, access and egress ways were met, and to confirm as-built information required to perform the power system analysis

Industrial Machine Upgrade

Witthoft Engineering were responsible for the Electrical Power and Control System Design, PLC and SCADA Programming, and commissioning. Power System Analysis was also completed within the Electrical Design to incorporate for Arc Flash rated electrical switchboards.

Catherine Hill Bay - Beaches Development Project (Pressure Sewer Network)

Witthoft Engineering in collaboration with Solo Water, proudly developed a safe, sustainable and reliable solution to provide a high-quality supply of potable water, recycled water and sewerage services to meet the needs of the community and local environment at the Beaches development at Catherine Hill Bay, New South Wales.

Eagle Farm Pump Station PLC Upgrade

Witthoft Engineering, in cooperation with Cardno and Wagtec, provided the full electrical and control system detailed design for a project to replace the aging GE 90/70 PLCs at Eagle Farm Pump Station to Siemens S7-400H PLCs and individual S7-300 PLCs.

Luggage Point Dewatering Project

Witthoft Engineering was responsible for the design and implementation of the Power and Control of the Luggage Point Dewatering Project Upgrade, installing 3 new Alfa Laval Centrifuges with new Feed Pumps and Complete Poly Batching and MHL Dosing Systems.
